I can't fly at night, but at Beedle's Island, he says that he does business there at night. I don't see any beds on the island as well. How can I get there?

I recetly found a -15 drop in my reputation because of an "unaccept". What does that mean?
Does it only mean my answer was accepted (+15) and then the acceptation was revoked, so the reputation was taken away (hence the -15)?
Or did I lose further 15 points? (If that is the case, why?)
So there I was playing Skyrim like everyone else in the world when Egosoft released a DLC called X3: Albion Prelude, which is meant to bridge the gap between their previous game X3: Terran Conflict to their upcoming game called X: Rebirth. After getting the Water Dragon Scales, and talking to a Kikwi called Yerbal in the top of the great tree, I need to complete a incomplete symbol to open a door to the last unexplored area.
I've found the completed symbol, yet when I do a skyward strike on the incomplete symbol, nothing happens.
