@badp Also it depends on the toy and what material it's made of (whether it's porous or not, etc.) and to/from whom you're lending (whether or not you know their history, if you trust they're being truthful about said history, etc.)

I have a PS2, a Dreamcast and a Wii

the Wii is highly likely dead from leaking batteries since it only got played for the few months after I bought it
