Q: New install of ARMA 3 freezing on startup

I just bought ARMA 3 yesterday and I am really sad that it will not work. I have tried re installing it, Deleting arma.exe and checking integrity, and disabling mods but so far, nothing has worked. I can provide you with anything you need such as logs.

Q: Create Official Dedicated CS:GO Server

I would like to make a CS:GO Server that people using the in-game casual matchmaking system can join. But every time I make it it is created as a 'Community Dedicated' server as opposed to an 'Official Dedicated' one. Does that mean that matchmaking only works on CS:GO Servers run by Valve?

Q: Is there a benefit of not killing enemies as Evan?

Is there a difference if I choose to kill enemies as opposed to knocking them out? In the first mission as Evan I tried not killing them, but it seems the game wants you to do things peacefully, a la Batman. Is there a change in the ending or what I get as rewards if I go nonlethal as Evan?
