I could punch down phone into one of the ethernet runs, and I may at some point or another.

If it wasn't, my next question was going to be, "Is this one of those classes where if your final exam grade is higher than your course average, the professor will take the exam grade as your course grade?"

Because I have a love-hate relationship with those kind of courses.

Yeah, the more time elapses between having a discussion and the final exam, the less likely the professor is to give you a re-try or something.

Don't be surprised if you have to take it with reduced points though.

@Yuki I never had any classes like that. Best we got was "I'll drop your lowest non-final exam score"

@OrigamiRobot I've noticed that it's mostly my math classes that do that.

Usually, the final exam is cumulative and the professors feel that if you demonstrate enough aptitude on the final, it proves you're good for the course.

It's almost certainly a "25% of your grade"

On the plus side, my exam scheduled for Monday was cancelled and we all got hundreds. Because out professor was sick/couldn't be asked to schedule a make-up

@Yuki It's also makes the kids feel good, while rarely being used. Most 60% students aren't going to get an 80% on their final.
