A: QR Codes... and all that Jazz!

Python: 1420 characters I think I counted the chars right, dunno, fix if needed. I read the first argument passed when called, which can be a string up to 106-ish characters long. The output is always a version 5-L QR code and mask 4 which means it's 37x37 modules large and can only handle ~5...

@KevinvanderVelden Our flat faces south, so we get the sun the whole day long into the living room. It's also mostly windows because of the balcony doors and then the windows that are half the height of the walls. It's nice in winter, but nearly unbearable in summer.

If I use "common practice era" people usually have no idea what I'm taking about.

There's actually a few digital music stations that come with my cable package, so I normally just put on one of those. Who knows what music will be played!

10 minutes before you have to leave is such an annoying time period. It's not really long enough to do anything but it's long enough to be bored sitting there.
