I also think that it's highly unlikely to be spam from a 9.7k rep user but yeah... it's still VLQ and Link-Only and should be deleted.

If he explained what this app actually does and why it's a good idea to use it, it might look different. It would still look like an advertisement though.

So I spend half an hour trying to unravel it, and finding out what it actually is I need to do
