@spugsley I've been going to some group support sessions for anxiety, and they've really been helping me. Some of the stuff I've learned is that sugar, caffeine, and alcohol are all bad for you when you're feeling anxious.

@Frank oh yes. I've had many talks with my therapist about things like that. And of course, I love all of those things, especially sugar. Good for you for doing group support. I wish the idea of that didn't make me feel more anxious haha.
