@Ullallulloo I disagree. That's not grounds for flagging for deletion, or for a mod to delete, but there is nothing wrong with 3 20k+ users deleting a low quality answer.

I can take no action other than rampaging through tag wikis that will cause damage to this site without at least 2 others agreeing with me

so if I want to delete, I will, if two others don't, then it will expire with no harm done

that there pretty much sums up why I'd never nominate myself to be a mod

@kalina Until you get a couple other people with that train of thought and/or making mistakes and random stuff starts disappearing.

"Low Quality" content is indeed outside of the mission statement for stackexchange

In addition, I believe we have a meta discussion stating that new posts that repeat the currently accepted answer can be deleted as well

Actually, I suppose the additional tools they've added would make a 10k only flag unnecessary.

Before they added all these improvements to the review queue chat was the only way to bring attention to a post when flagging wasn't apprioate.

@Ullallulloo remember, we are a site in our own right, and we have our own rules for certain things which do not always match the way the trilogy of sites operate.

To clarify, I don't think casting delete votes on a wrong answer should be the first thing we do. But if we comment and downvote something is wrong, and then a few months later it's still there, and the user has done nothing to fix it, I don't see anything wrong with deleting it.

@murgatroid99 Using a macro key on my keyboard. It basically types all keys that don't require a modifier with a single keystroke.

@MBraedley well, considering that everything is JavaScript, you can do anything you can script. All Candy Box functions are in the public namespace
