@3ventic The basic idea with flagging to ask yourself is "Is there any other action I can do to solve this problem?"

As a 3K user you are able to solve the problem of a question which needs to be closed by VTC, so don't flag.

On the other hand you can't delete answers, so if you find an answer which needs to be deleted it flag it.
