if you did that though you'd lose your movement controls

if you could work out an alternative method of movement though and the two trackpads could be set at different sensitivities then you'd have your precision movement

I still think they're missing something by not having triggers or additional buttons on the back

Hmm, wouldn't different sensitivities depending on the distance to the center work? So if you're only moving close to the center you get the fine control, and if you move further outside you make bigger movements?
