Q: Double Enchant - Second enchantment don't work (soul trap)

I just got the "Extra Effect" perk and enchanted my one-handed axe with Health Absorb+Soul Trap, but the Soul Trap is not working. After killing enemies i don't trap the soul on the gem. Is this a bug? It's possible to have the soul trap as second enchantment?

Ahahaha, so now Prenda Law is seeking to block the defense from opposing the removal of the judge they want gone so they can try and avoid having to prove they didn't steal someone's identity by claiming that the defense hasn't proved that the party it represents is actually real.

That's such a brainfuck my mind is on the verge of exploding.

A: How do I counter support Zyra?

Zyra is my main for both support and mid and I agree that Soraka is a great matchup against zyra as she is easily able to out heal the poke and has much better mana sustain

The fish-activities Tag was added today, and it struck me as a bit of an odd choice in tagging. Is there any reason to use fish-activities instead of, say, fishing (retagging the Babel Fish and Pet Fish questions in the process)?
