If you want to be serious about arguing with someone, at least try and invest yourself in their arguments to get a feel for what they're saying. If they tell you to read something, friggin' read it. Don't just skim it.
The problem is that a lot of our generation seems to have convinced itself that everything needs to be presented in an easy, immediate-to-digest way.
Reddit and the existence of memes is a good example of this. The fact that everything beyond two paragraphs needs to be attached with a tl;dr is another good example.

Should I put on '+chance of finding magic items' gear on while crafting? Can this influence the quality of the craft? I know that the number of magical properties is constant per recipe, but is the bonus strength affected by this?

@Mvy I think you are misunderstanding this. They are not talking about having ads at the start of the game, but forcibly pausing the game and force you to watch an ad.
