Also, purchase to potential play time for a physical game for me is about 30 minutes. For any moderately large Steam game, it's measured in hours. For stuff over 20GB, even Amazon UK could probably beat Steam for delivery speed with my connection. This isn't theoretical.

@Macha Yeah, digital distribution is not very ideal for bad internet situations. :( Also Steam likes to choke if you don't put it into Offline Mode before you lose connection...

So if you just randomly lose connection, it likes to keep desperately trying to reconnect and it won't let you go into Offline Mode.

I'd really wanted the N7 Physical CE for ME3, but they sold out so quickly. :( The digital came with a "digial lithograph" instead of a real one which is the stupidest thing ever.

Q: Can you suppress the name change alert from strange weapons?

I find that popup pretty distracting and to be honest, I don't care much that somebody has gotten 100 kills total. Is there a way to block the message, without completely blocking other messages in the same style (gifts getting given out etc)?

@BenBrocka Our format isn't very intuitive. We've had a few new ones be receptive to requests for edits and such. I think it's disingenuous to say they have no respect for the site if we don't make any effort to help educate them.
