Q: Is there any way to place the Ebony Blade on a rack?

I have a lovely display of Daedric artefacts in the basement of my house in Solitude. Irritatingly, the Ebony Blade refuses to be held by any weapon rack (whether wall mounted or free standing). It is unequipped successfully but then falls onto the floor rather than being attached to the mount....

Q: What is the beam the Sectoids shoot at each other?

Basic Sectoids use their mind power to shoot beams back and forth amongst each other. I haven't been able to figure out what they are trying to do. What is the point of these beams?

Q: On BL2, Are there any side missions you cannot complete later in the game?

I'd like to play through the entire game once just completing the core missions, then on my second or third playthrough, really explore the side missions. Are there any side missions that "go away" and cannot be done once progress has been made on the main mission?

Yeah, I do remember it being rather short (and the ending is a bit silly, but)

BTW, the online mission mode is surprisingly not bad. I normally don't like online racing/fighting games but them issions make it fun and give objectives that are deeper (and often easier) than just "get first"
