I’ve come across a glitch, which results in Ctrl or Alt not being released after Right Ctrl + AltGr* are pressed simultaneously. This only occurs on Windows when you define a hotkey, which includes Alt or Ctrl and when you set it Suppress = True** as below:

Basically take a subset of APL (only the math characters +-×÷⌈⌊ and ()⍺⍵1234567890, no operators and only single-digit numbers) and transform it into traditional math notation with operator precedence and ⌈exp becoming ⌈exp⌉.

Input will be a list of 3 lists, e.g.
