Currently our main chatroom, The Nineteenth Byte, has only the 4 PPCG moderators as room owners. Since the chatiquette is not applicable to other Stack Exchange sites, using chat flags for breaches of chatiquette which are not also network-wide offenses is problematic - wasting the time of 10k us...
