@AlexA. With sweet potatoes, it's all about the preparation. A little cinnamon, baked, maybe some syrup, they can be gold. Most sweet potatoes aren't very great.
@BrainSteel Yeah. I like yam fries on occasion but in general I don't like yams. Asian sweet potatoes, the ones that are yellow inside and purple outside, are awesome.
