:) It's fine. My brain reads doxing as doaxing when pronounced and doxxing as docksing when pronounced even though boxing is bocksing. So, it felt right to spell it that way.
Anyway, There is no such thing as "The English academy" that decides what's right and wrong, so as long as it hasn't shown up in the OED or Webster's you can write anything you want!
@Zacharee1 Did they simplify the licensing yet? Or is it still an 8 tier system where you have to get ultimate to get multimedia and domain functionality?
I didn't pay anything for mine thanks to being clever. I originally had an OEM license for Vista and upgraded the key to Windows 8. After that, I moved the hard drive to another machine and re-activated. Then I upgraded to Windows 10.
I had a unique problem with my laptop. It originally shipped with a Windows 7 Home Premium license but I put in a new SSD and installed Ubuntu. Later I wanted to install Windows 7 again but didn't have the install disc. So I had to track down the ISO from a third party. (Which meant comparing MD5 hashes to ensure it was legit.)
It seems, though, that people come here to ask questions and they're all either not about Ubuntu, they're duplicates or the OP never responds to comments
