It's crazy cool, but I think it'll have a negative impact on the Javascript community, since it appears to generate Javascript code. Unless they have some really bright people working on it, then it'll be shitty code.

I have. At my last job, one of the previous employees used Flash Catalyst to design the user interface, then exported it as a Flash Builder project, which I inherited.

Then he mucked around inside of that to get things to work properly.

It was awful.

I quit after 5 months; mostly because of the massive festering code rot, but also because my boss was a dumbass.
