Q: Longest sentence with increasing word lengths

Dmitry KamenetskyWhat is the longest English sentence you can construct such that it's words strictly increase in length from left to right? The sentence needs to have some meaning, but I will be rather lenient with this. For example, this sentence would be acceptable: "The tiny horse chewed blankets gracefully"

Haha
They were playing PlateUp!, which involves cooking and some more. I haven't watched the guy's stream of them playing it so I don't know any more details about it, but "dub" means they won in the game (Etymology 8 of "dub" here)

simonalexander2005A friend of mine is an English teacher, but he's always enjoyed listening to the sound of music in the classroom while he works, so I'm thinking he's looking for a change of job soon. There are apparently (at least) 3 different common meanings of "head check": 1, a look over one's shoulder before changing lanes, so as to make sure there's no car in the spot blind to his mirror; 2, a check ("pay from my account" document) issued ahead of time, i.e. a post-dated check; 3, a piece of tack used to control a horse's head, such as a martingale. Challenge: Make a triple-def cc with a nice, clean surface. :-)

@Jafe I must be both boring and intolerable: I just quoted you, but attributed it to myself.

@oAlt I think this is ILLUSTRATION (plate) = U (up) ST (dubs Triumphant at last) after ILL (hardly), +(obtaining) RATION (food)
If so, that's a nice clue!

Q: Song 4 by Mr Physicson

George MenoutisYears have passed, so the songs mr Physicson sings when at leisurely company with his son are not (neccessarily) nursery songs anymore. However, he has grown old himself, so cumulatively to his unique way of paraphrasing lyrics, he might have heard the original words just a tad differently, in a ...
