hmmmm my main concern is the amount of questions that I have written that are not answered (too hard? too stupid?, too much a 'noob'? too much a PhD who can't get a job in academia?)
@SabreTooth If they're too hard for you, they're going to be too hard for most of us, let's face it. In time, they'll get answers - sometimes it can take a day or two, sometimes it can take a year.
riding a bike is too hard for me... not a good comparison ;P
though admittedly, I am strangely proud of one of my recent questions and one of my answers
ironically, it takes me between 1-3 hours to research and write an answer
primarily due to me being as dumb as a bo of rocks
one great thing is - I am doing far better here than my other sites....including one that I attempted to help from private beta,... not very successful on my part
@casey: Anyone have any idea why recently all of my old content is collecting votes? Everyone loves collecting rep, but does seem a bit odd to me that all the sudden I am magically collecting rep on a daily basis for what appears to be at weeks now; meaning this rarely happens on any of the other SE sites I'm on.
though I don't always know what is bashism vs POSIX so I'll only guarantee my stuff will run on bash and bash-like shells (zsh probably, dash probably not)
