I've dealt with Sedo before, smooth as glass every time so far.

@MDMarra pfSense has it built-in, and fairly easy to configure.

The other BSDs can, but setting it up takes some doing.

@ScottPack I'm pretty sure ARMv7 is required for ICS. They haven't released hardly any updates for my phone in a long time, so I'd be surprised if they did one now.

HTC doesn't put much effort into their low end phones. Once it's working correctly, they generally abandon feature upgrades.

Don't forget there's also the things where people might get married/divorced. We've got students (granted, students), whos parent's have divorced and while their legal surname would be smith they would want to be known as Jones.

Generic manufacturer tags: hpciscomicrosoftibm These result in people not using more specific tags related to a product line or technology - e.g. cisco-asa.

If the user isn't permitted to use the default route and they want to get out to the Internet, then that's going to get really messy really fast

The XIV isn't a NAS, it's a SAN. That means that they have a file server or NAS head getting storage from XIV and making it available over CIFS or NFS. Secondly, we can't help you unless you have administrator access to the systems causing a problem.
