Q: how do I find my phone number from my internet line

I have a computer connected to the internet. I need to find out what the phone number is on that line but can not connect a phone. Is there some way using the internet and the computer connected to that line.

Q: Please add UserType to Stack Exchange Data Explorer

So that we can construct queries which take into account whether a user is registered or unregistered, please add the UserType field to Data Explorer. Currently there is no way to do this, since the field is not exposed:

@MichaelHampton fwiw in my comment I sound a bit negative, but just playing devils advocate. I don't see why unregistered users should be asking questions. A lot of them are drive-by questions as well I bet

as I see it, content on the site is in 3 categories: signal, noise, and DC offset.

there is that in-between category of things that don't get any attention at all

but people tend to be more stingy with answer downvotes and it's harder to get rid of answers, and the data doesn't reflect an obvious bias from that

@MichaelHampton, given that the majority of our questions come from SO users then the majority of question askers will be registered.

I think more pertinent is that out of every 35 or so good questions posted, only one of them comes from an unregistered user.

however, in a sample of 20 answers that end up downvoted or deleted, 4 of them have come from unregistered users.

@FalconMomot I haven't done a poll recently but I've done 6 where I looked at the 50 newest questions; never less than 55% came from people with SO accounts the maximum was 79% and for all bar one it was >70%

and I don't think we close enough

@FalconMomot there aren't enough people who care sufficiently - there are ~300 people with v-t-c privilege; in a good month maybe 50 will use it and perhaps only 20 or so use it with any regularity
