@WELZ seems to be an uproar and accusations of power abuse because no time was given for already proposed sites. On the other side and as a business decision I can see why they did it though
someone wanted someone else to tell them how to make something without showing us anything is where I'm getting that from. Seems they wanted someone to make them a tutorial
You closed it with one vote as "too broad", then edited it, it got re-opened (with one vote by me because I do not think it was too broad), then it was closed again, then "fake work" was edited in, now it's re-opened
I kept my promise, I wanted the question to be open too but it would have taken a tutorial and that wasn't in scope. As mentioned by my comment and Welz and I talked about what would it take to get it opened and I said an attempt of some sort so he edited that in and I reopened it

The OP is not asking for a tutorial, they are asking an objective question to which an objective answer can be provided. This question does not require a tutorial to answer
@johnb I respect a lot of points in your answer. I would like to question though if someone posts a well designed poster and asks how do I create this you're for leaving it opened and answering it?
I'm working on a meta I'd like to see your views @JohnB
We've discussed this topic lately and within the last couple of months another meta post, What to do with tutorial requests? — part II. The top upvoted and accepted answer encourages to allow them. My views on tutorial based questions primarily exist on the realm of does it have some sort of ef...
