1. Super expensive private for the middle/upper class but good/great service
2. Unaffordable private for the lower classes but decent/good service (if they can pay, which they often can't)
3. No insurance but somehow they manage to treat people anyway with subsidies and such, even if they can't afford to pay
4. Public health insurance and enough funds to actually pay for it
5. Public health insurance without enough funds/equipment to actually provide it
