If it's XLSX, you could conceivably treat it as a ZIP and manually poke around in the XML

That would be a huge pain to implement but might be faster than loading the whole thing

since an IP would start at 1 up to 255

or.. does it mean each character is from 0 to 9?

if so, then if there was an ip such as 999.99.99.99 would be output as well
