@JeffSchaller Right, but the answer itself is basically only a link. Although that does fit the criteria for it being NAA, I think the fact that they are associated with it also makes it "only exists to promote a product or service".

@Jesse Actually, it won't match what you want because of bookending around watchlist entries, so you'll need to include the s. If you want to optionally match the s, you could do that with hash[\W_]*+clinics?. Also, you watched the domain name which overlaps with this watch, which should be avoided, so you should do hash[\W_]*+clinic(?!\.pk(?<=hashclinics\.pk)), or if you want to make the s optional hash[\W_]*+clinics?+(?!\.pk(?<=hashclinics\.pk)).
@SmokeDetector I'm removing this entry from the watchlist. It was added 3 years ago because of this report, but that's plagiarism, and not a promotion for the website (especially since the question itself asks for it). Since then, the watch has not detected a single tp, and there's no indication that there ever will be any tp that will be detected by it.
