I think this user blacklist was a mistake. The user seems to have posted an answer, thought better of it, replaced it with filler during the grace period, and then deleted it, which is perfectly fine in my book. Other than that, they seem to be a model contributor
@Laurel You could have just given FP feedback on their more recently reported post, which would have automatically removed them from the user blacklist.
For removing a watch, the evaluation is is it doing more harm than good, which is, generally, is it bringing enough actual TP to our attention to be worth the time and effort to evaluate the FP. In particular, is it bringing posts to our attention which wouldn't have been otherwise detected. Determining that requires going through all the TP and looking for ones where that watch was the only thing which resulted in detecting the post, which takes more time and effort to do.
@forest Yes, it's not uncommon for spam to be written in a language other than English. For non-English content, we base the feedback on what teh text actually translates to. If it's actually spam, then it's TP. If it's not actually spam, then FP for questions and NAA for answers. @metasmoke I'm burned out on "the best" of everything. When I eventually want to start my own thing and advertise it, I'll not try for "the best". Maybe "This is the third best <thing> for left-handed people" or "Definitely in the top 7 for people who like milk in their coffee". No geographical discrimination, either.
