@cigien That pattern may be a North American number. If it is, please use a format which starts with an optional 1 followed by possible separator text and has the main number in the format 629-495-9592 where - could be a single alpha character or any [\W_]*+. Alternately, you can add the comment (?#IS NorAm) to the end of the pattern to force also using the alternate normalized form, or (?#NO NorAm) if it's not a North American phone number and it's incorrectly recognized as one. Perhaps try !!/watch-number 629-495-9592. Append -force to the command word(s) if you really want to add the pattern you provided.

@tripleee The existing number watch will only match without the "+91" if those characters are not immediately followed by a digit. If what's in the post is "+9162949 59592", the existing number watch won't match. If you want that to be detected, then an additional number watch will be needed. The number watch you tried should work if forced, or you can add a version without the space character(s).

@muralee_maddy Basically, this room is intended to deal with spam and abuse on the network. Have you read the Charcoal page? There are various links on that page that are worth reading as well.
@muralee_maddy Yes, quite a high proportion of the chat messages are posted by bots, one that reports potential spam/abusive posts, and the other that records the feedback that was provided. On the page I shared there are links to what those bots do more specifically, and if you want, how you can interact with them.
@muralee_maddy so in short, Smoke Detector runs a scan on all recently submitted or modified posts across the network, and prints a report here (and in selected other rooms) for ones which trip one of the trigger expressions we have
we manually examine those reports and flag the correct ones as spam, and provide feedback to Smoke Detector
there is also an autoflagging mechanism which allows users to empower us (or more specifically metasmoke) to flag posts in their name when certain conditions are met
mods are not required to flag spam, it's mainly to bring enough regular users to look at the spam posts and flag when appropriate; though on some sites in the network, there are not enough regular users, and so the ultimate burden falls on the mods
