@SurajRao I'd probably TP that one just because it does meet the technical definition of vandalism. I think it's probably a bad attempt at a formatting edit (based on the other edits), but Charcoal is more concerned with accuracy in this case

If it is, please use a format which starts with an optional 1 followed by possible separator text and has the main number in the format 993-533-3791 where - could be a single alpha character or any [\W_]*+. Alternately, you can add the comment (?#IS NorAm) to the end of the pattern to force also using the alternate normalized form, or (?#NO NorAm) if it's not a North American phone number and it's incorrectly recognized as one. @tripleee There's 78 hits for this domain on SE (76 in URLs, 2 in text), including some semi-recent uses, which seems substantially too high for a blacklist entry. I'd suggest narrowing the blacklist entry down a bit, so it more specifically targets what the spammer's been using. How about the following, which catches all 9 of the TP we have for the domain, but not the FP:
The Mercury News (Wikipedia) is a legitimate news source, which has been around since 1851. It's the primary print newspaper in Silicon Valley, with the 5th largest circulation in the US. It's unfortunate that it's being used by spammers, but it's definitely not a spam domain on its own.

I’d assume linking to pirated material is included in that but IANAL
@cocomac Pirated material is not "threatening or obscene" so it would come under the "illegal activity" bit. But that's because of a violation of copyright I think, and that's not something mods are qualified (or expected) to evaluate. As I mentioned, many mods are likely to just delete answers that link to sites they personally feel are "sketchy" or whatever, I'm just not sure if this is really a rule.
@Mast if it's a site to modded/paid APK apps, then we nuked them as spam. Otherwise, alternative market sites such as F-Droid, APK Mirror, APK Pure, Aptoide are okay since they don't do piracy either
