@Spevacus Osiris switched to rolling over the API quota at this time of day a few days ago. The change was a result of the down-time which Osiris experienced last week.
@JeffSchaller I don't get the feeling it would be particularly useful. The video appears to be very specific to the question, and so even if the user doesn't understand that these kinds of answers are not acceptable, they probably won't use the same video again. OTOH, I wouldn't object to watching it. If the video is linked again, it would almost certainly be spam, and we should catch that.

@Someone_Evil You might find SIM - SmokeDetector Info for Moderators (install) helpful for checking that from the question page. SIM adds a "smokey" button to the post menu on each post. Clicking it will show a popup with information as to the post being detected by SD, some feedback, flagging, a link to the report, etc.
