@cigien I'm certainly not going to follow that rule on my site. It gets reported, flagged and immediately deleted along with the spammer using my mod superpowers
@DavidPostill It seems you've had this discussion before. I see why it might be confusing; it certainly seems natural to me as well to tp a report, however it was reported. This constraint is only to do with SD feedback, of course. You can definitely nuke the post, as well as the profile, on the site you're moderating.

@Mast It's unclear to me if you are talking about the user who wrote the now-deleted answer, or if you're talking about the user who edited to remove the spam link.
@JeffSchaller It's a question. The entire question is in the title. While I'd moderate it on SO, I'm unsure as to what the policy would be on Mathematics. While I personally don't see it as sufficient content for a question, it's neither spam nor, really, rude/abusive (as we don't generally consider text stuffing to avoid the quality filter by itself as R/A). Personally, I wouldn't have a problem with SE blocking such content, but it's not really something this project is focused on detecting.
