@JeffSchaller np. Yeah, it's mostly that the moderation action which is desired from users for this specific issue (i.e. a question with the entire question in the title) varies from site to site, with many sites weighing in on wanting to keep the content, not block it.

Yeah, I almost missed it too. I had to do a double-take: stop and actually read the title, rather than just skim it. :;
