@Ollie That pattern looks like it's already caught by Potentially bad keyword in body and Potentially bad keyword in answer; append -force if you really want to do that.
@VictorVosMottor No. That is not a list of all URL shorteners. If it was, then there would be thousands of additional FP. It's a list of URL shorteners which are very likely to be spam. "Popular url shortener in Russia" appears to be incompatible with at least moderately high %TP and low FP, so it doesn't sound like it's appropriate to add to that list. In general, that list is a list of URL shorteners that primarily get used by spammers, rather than regular users.
The most recent time I went through all the posts on MS and added domains which had URLs which looked like URL shorteners was about 3 months ago. The ones I added were overall 580 Total / 575 TP (99.14% TP) / 2 FP / 3 NAA.
