@tripleee Yeah, I'm not sure what we should do about those at this time. I'd want to look at how often those trigger together, particularly how often it ends up being FP/NAA vs TP.
For this specific post, one could reasonably argue that the user was, in fact, abusing the system, as adding "--------------------------------------------" was clearly just to get around the quality/length filter and allow them to post. So, the user was intentionally circumventing the system filters, which is abusing it. If they had not added that system-abusive text, then the filters would not have detected the post.
OTOH, I agree that NAA was the more appropriate flag.
Our feedback system is lacking in nuance. While I'd agree that blocking that post at the system level would be a good thing (and several other system abuse types of text), red-flagging them really isn't appropriate.

@Makyen abuse or no abuse, it should not trip autoflagging when it's basically a single reason with three partly overlapping rules triggering
3
SpamAssassin has a concept of meta rules, you can have zero-weight reasons and only produce a weight when a combination of them triggers -- maybe we could do something like that
(SpamAssassin also allows for each rule in isolation to have a weight, but their combination to trigger another rule for added weight)
(you can also say "this and that but not those" etc)

It's set down to three, so we need autoflags to stop at 2.
@Catija OK. I'll change it.
20:54
Thanks! :D
Beat me to it, thanks
@Catija Was it also changed on meta TWP?
@Makyen ... huh, good question. Probably not.
Do y'all get many flags there?
@Catija The troll did post there, although I think it was only once. There was also one spree in which they gained notable rep (>40), which resulted in many of our detections not catching their posts.
Ah. It's still at six on meta. Just confirmed. I'll leave it that way for now.
21:17
@Undo It looks like you're going to need to do it. The per-site number of flags doesn't appear to be properly set in the POST that the page sends. In other words, the data in the POST for max_flags doesn't reflect changes made to the page. A quick attempt with manually constructing a POST with a properly changed max_flags was also not successful in persisting a change.
@Makyen ... that's weird
Huh
@Makyen I'm seeing max_flags_per_post=2 already
I just did it again, seems to have stuck
Oh, might have been Art's try that stuck
Yeah, last updated_at timestamp is after Makyen's message
I'm glad it's properly set. It's strange that it didn't work for me. I tried multiple times, and even manually sent a POST with max_flags properly set for TWP. I'd note that I wasn't ever offered an opportunity to "save" that page until I'd also change something else on the page than just any of the max_flag entries.
OK. Not offering the change is because I was using the mouse adjustment buttons on the number input and it's only looking at the input and keyup events. I'd guess that it doesn't update it's internal data unless it sees an event on the element.

Let me know if you need a force start on the deploy job, I know it's been iffy lately
@Undo I didn't try deploying, because it didn't work last time I tried. I also I didn't consider the change all that important (i.e. we now know the issue and how to work around it when interacting with the page), but if deploy should be working, let me try...

@Makyen Sounds about right. Not sure what's going on there, we've had this before but kicking the token didn't work this time.
Maybe they changed their API a bit
OK. For this change, it's not a big deal. OTOH, it would be convenient to have working again.
I hate it when places change their API, particularly without notice. If they're going to change an API, then the minimum should be that they post a set of exact changes. Better, would be to have the API versioned and roll the API number, with requests going to whichever version the code was written for. sigh
22:09
It's this problem: travis-ci.community/t/…
That looks frustrating.
ooooh
I reeeeeally hate this
No code change, no token auth, no change... other than logging in to Travis in a browser as metasmoke
And now it works
oof
Arg... but at least it works...
Should I try deploying again?
@Makyen Your change should have been deployed by the last build of travis-ci.org/github/Undo1/metasmoke-deploy (the one I triggered when testing it)
Might need a hard refresh to get the new .js file
@Undo Yep, it works. Thanks.
