@goldPseudo Thank you for the additional information. My main concern was if the site was something that we should be considering a problem site, which we should be watching as an indicator of R/A content.
@Makyen The answer is rude. The website might be an unwitting participant. The link is 404, so it's old or never existed. The website is a pay for DNA sequencing service. Why they would want people to insult in their name or employ people to do so seems unclear and unlikely. It would be a greater benefit for a competitor to post rudeness in their name and attempt to get them blacklisted. Neither the person answering nor the website linked to in any way answers the question. It's just
rude noise and an irrelevant link.
Probably best to flag the answerer as a spammer and while I don't recommend blacklisting the website such services are unlikely to be the answer to most questions and almost never free because it's a complicated and expensive procedure.

@Rob I agree that the post is trolling. When I first read it, I read a significantly more neutral tone than it actually has, although I did tpu it. I'm not sure what happened wrt. my reading at that time. I've been quite busy on other things in real life today and may have been interrupted multiple times. I do recall that I did not click on the link, as I didn't have an environment set up where I was which was appropriate for visiting potentially malware links.

Unless one of our users is asking: "How can I be a spammer?" I don't know how that
site could be an answer.
It's not a "malware scam", it's a legitimate service for spammers whom want to mass mail people, to spam them.
Smokey said "it's already caught" and I replied to others reading this @Catija that I was satisfied with not pursuing it further. My quote directly above and below the blacklist command explains this.

I replied to your !!/blacklist-website command, because if you used force, or if the domain was not otherwise caught, the PR that would have been created would have been declined because the domain does not meet the criteria used for putting things on the blacklist. The criteria are explained in the link I previously provided. Primarily that 5 TP posts in MS are required (3 TP posts in some limited situations)
@Rob There is no SD command to do so. You can use the search page on MS. That page is one of the ones that's listed in the "Project Links" message that's pinned on the starboard.
@Makyen - Thanks for the link, bookmarked. Using that URL and typing the website into the "body" field, with regex checked turns up two hits in the past month; so not enough. --- But I noticed that you chose to watch-force it in any event, after saying that the PR would be declined. --- The service if used in the US would be illegal, I don't know that SE would want to do anything to
promote their URL. Best to leave it on the list IMO.
@Rob I said a PR for a blacklist would be declined. What I was hoping to communicate was that !!/watch was the appropriate thing to do with that domain. The blacklist and watchlist different things and have significantly different requirements. A PR for a watch would have been approved and merged.

@SmokeDetector lol, this is the website that has been previously requested to remove from blacklist, by a possible owner or affiliate. The hilarious thing is that during their request, they said putting their domain in a publicly-visible file named blacklisted websites is a kind of defamation, and threatened they'd file a complaint to GitHub to get their site removed. Really a ridiculous conversation, though.
@SmokeDetector Undisclosed affiliation. The question is nebulous enough such that, with the grace period edit, it's not really clear if this answers the question. IMO, it doesn't really answer, but it's arguable. The intent appears to be to promote their site. The answer was deleted by a moderator.
