@Makyen Yes, it does.

@JL2210 OK. Try executing the following in your browser's console for this page (you can open the console by pressing F12):
localStorage.removeItem('fire-user-data'); localStorage.removeItem('fire-user-sites'); localStorage.removeItem('fire-sites');

This page or the authentication page on MS?

@Makyen This will reset FIRE's data and require you to re-authorize FIRE with MS. I'm not really expecting that to solve the problem, but it might.
@JL2210 This chat page.

Nope.

@JL2210 OK. I'll look into it some more, but I don't have an immediate answer.

@JL2210 Just out of curiosity... try again now?

Maybe... Can't find a spam post that's not deleted.

@JL2210 On this page is the checkbox "Use my account to cast flags automatically" checked? It looks like the check requires that checkbox to be checked. If you don't actually want autoflags raised, there are other settings which can be used to prevent autoflaggs from being raised.
For example, just below that checkbox is a "Preferences: maximum number of flags metasmoke will use" section. Either deleting all preferences from the list that's just below a line that says "ID Site Count Flags Used Today". If there are already no preferences listed, then the next line after that one should be "Add new maximum flags per site preference".
@JL2210 After actually looking at the information for you, I see that the checkbox I mentioned above is checked and there are no flagging preferences in the list I also mentioned above. That should permit FIRE to raise flags, while preventing metasmoke from raising autoflags for you.
@JL2210 So, as @ArtOfCode suggested, please try again when you find an appropriate post to flag. :-)

@Makyen it is now...

@ArtOfCode Yeah, that's what I figured happend. :-)

@ArtOfCode Yeah, I eventually got there. It's just not my go-to thing, yet. :-)
