SpamRam, which implements an automatic IP block. If the spammers are posting multiple spam posts which are being deleted by spam flags (with or without a moderator deleting as spam), then the spammer(s) are hopping IPs. It may be possible to determine a range of IP addresses to block, but that usually is only done for spam waves, trolling waves, etc. (i.e.
really high volumes) and only temporary.
