@SmokeDetector This has a high probability of being undisclosed affiliation/promotion of the linked video. The video was posted today. The YouTube channel has 4 subscribers. The video has 1 view. The Stack Exchange account was created immediately prior to posting this answer. I consider it very unlikely that some random user just happened to find this video and feel that it was something everyone needed to know about by linking it in an answer to this question.

@SmokeDetector I'm assuming the content here is plagiarized with spam links added. I didn't actually check for plagiarism, but the Google Translate sounds like it's something that would be plagiarized.

A: Is fascism left or right wing?

user28608Fascism is a leftwing, progressive ideology, and trivially so. From a real book Three-fourths of the Italian economy, industrial and agricultural, is in the hands of the state. And if I dare to introduce to Italy state capitalism or state socialism, which is the reverse side of the medal, I ...

Normally I'd be on the fence about this one, but the user posted metasmoke.erwaysoftware.com/post/203431 and engineering.stackexchange.com/questions/31545/… as well, and the original version of politics.stackexchange.com/posts/46682/revisions looks trolly too before the community edited it into a coherent question.

wow

Yeah, they also did something interesting in an old question, where they called "Fascism" "Fas-cism", "Fa-scism", and "-Fascism" in the same question. They might be trying to outwit the spam filters.
Didn't grab a pic, though.

Not sure what to do except throw out a couple of mod flags to connect the dots for the different sites

Yeah, I'd appreciate that. Politics might start listening if there are multiple people putting this evidence in. My main goal is just to get the mods aware of this user's writing style even if there's no filtering that can be done. "Refute", "Fascism", "Left-wing", "I doubt it. But maybe...", things like that.

@SmokeDetector This answer was plagiarized in it's entirety from the link in the answer. There is some history of spam/self promotion from this domain, so this answer may also be intended as spam/promotion, but the blog post has been in existence long enough such that it could be just a random person plagiarizing.
@ArtOfCode (cc: @HyperNeutrino) I was under the impression, based on the write-up in the commands list (note: now edited), that whitelisting the user (account) caused username detections to be ignored for the user. Looking at the code in spamhandling.py and datahandling.py, it appears my understanding wasn't quite correct.
It looks like the code doesn't report the post if the only detections are ones which contain "username" (i.e. were detections of the username), but if there are any non-username detections, then the post is reported, with the detections which were on the username. (The difference is I assumed the username detections were not run or any such detections were removed from the list of detection reasons.)
The difference might be just me being a bit pedantic, but I've updated the command list's user-whitelist description to reflect what the code is actually doing.

I mean... I didn't know it did that either, so good spot :)

Thanks. :-)

[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Potentially bad keyword in body (1): Autodesk forge tokken exception by 상혁손상혁 on stackoverflow.com

@Cerbrus This specific question, itself, looks to be somewhat controversial. If there is a pattern of the user tolling, then probably report it. Frankly, unless there is a pattern, that's not something I'd red flag. I might custom flag it, but I expect it to take explanation. To get an idea that the person is trolling, you have to read the comments. SmokeDetector doesn't look at comments, just posts. I'm not saying that it shouldn't, just that it doesn't.
Overall, the question, itself, isn't something I'd consider reporting here without a pattern of behavior by the user.
Basically, SmokeDetector/MS is a fairly blunt stick. It doesn't really have a lot of finesse wrt. how things get handled.
