@thesecretmaster might have a non-negligible load time impact... what if we wrote 'em to a file in a convenient format as a cache, like we do now but with easier format, then every hour(?) kick a background task to read the file and dump it to DB?
@SmokeDetector While this answer has a considerable amount of text, it would be nearly useless to people trying to solve the problem if the links went dead. I consider it just slightly better than NAA.

@SmokeDetector The editor of this post (who has the same username, so probably the same person), has a consistent lack of disclosure in their posts. Most of their posts that I've checked on different sites (only looked at two sites so far) both mention their site and don't have any disclosure (one post did have disclosure).
@SmokeDetector Upon further checking, several of the editor's posts do have disclosure.

@Magisch this would probably deserve a Teams post, but briefly, the "dubious" ones are in some sense more "hand made" than the regular #blogspam ones. The #superblogspam (there is only one IIRC) is a copy/paste error where a large number of blogspam templates were pasted into a single spam post, apparently by mistake
the difference between "mutant" and "dubious" is probably not really well-defined; i'm guessing the former should be merged with the latter
@Makyen That pattern looks like it's already caught by Bad ns for domain in answer and Bad ns for domain in body; append -force if you really want to do that.

@Makyen I put in some human-readable groupings sometimes because I wanted to generalize but if my phone numbers fork is going to take off that should no longer be necessary pretty soon
