@iBug the entries are either strings or tuples; a tuple means exactly these name servers. For example, many non-spam domains are served from Lloyd and some other name server, or Reza and some other name server; but the ones which have exactly Lloyd and Reza as their name servers are all spam

when the entry is just a string, we simply check whether the name servers are in this domain
