@Undo I don't see why not. If it's a useful answer which simply lacks attribution, then edit the attribution in. The don't edit spam guidance is for cases where people edit the spam out. This is completely different.
We're not talking about removing the link from "Click here for Viagra", only about adding attribution to otherwise useful posts whose only sin was not knowing how uptight we get about this sort of disclosure.

For some low-traffic sites, you can use !!/queuestatus to check if there are still posts waiting to be scanned, but you need additional digging on the site itself to see which posts are actually in the queue.
I wonder if we should use pipenv for Smokey. It looks like it automatically creates a virtualenv to install packages into, and generates a lockfile that ensures all of the instances have the same version of each dependency.
@JakeSymons I encounter that from time to time. Typing text into the message box at the bottom of the screen usually gets rid of the extra space.
Some sites (foolishly) allow 1-rep users to comment anywhere. Thus we get comment spam like this one. What is our policy for dealing with such here on CHQ?
@art how would I obtain credentials and things for running a proper Smokey instance? (I have no plans of setting one up to be alive on a regular basis, but I'd like to have the option available and I have some free time to try to set it up)
Hmm. I'm running this on a USB version of Ubuntu. So I'm assuming that this isn't device-specific and once I have the creds and stuff I'll be able to use e.g. the MS integration token on a different device?

@WELZ In code, there will often be statements which are disabled by commenting them out. There are inline and block comments. Exactly what indicates a comment is language dependent. "Uncomment" means make the lines/code active, usually by removing the characters (see above) which are causing it to be treated as a comment. In this case, line comments are indicated by a line starting with #.
