@AnnonomusPerson, As a moderator, can't you see which questions Neo has voted to close? I can't because they have been re-opened since so that data is gone. But I think every question of mine that was closed Neo had voted for it, and they have all been re-opened except 1 or 2 which have remained closed and rightly so. @Geodude yes, that means the mod vote counts the same as 5 user votes, it however, does not mean the community cannot overrule it. A single diamond can close a Q, but 5 community members can re-open it. Binding just means it takes 1 mod to perform actions that take many community votes. — casey ♦Apr 23 at 3:59

@hichris123 Yeah, you can't really do much. There were some valid points, but Geodude didn't have to add five comments that should've been one, and very short if he did markup.
