@Makyen From the limited research I've done on the website, it seems to just be a Japanese community for artists. A lot of the stuff on there is anime-style art, some of which aren't safe for work. Some of these NSFW images were included in the spam posts (I unfortunately clicked on one. Cannot unsee.). I don't think it's inherently a spam site, but it can be used to link some pretty not-so-savory images.
