I was on track to try it outside of SD, but then got side-tracked, so instead of finding that it was a general GitHub issue quickly, I went down a rat hole. That's on me. :;
Adding/removing watches/blacklists won't work at the moment. GitHub is having problems. It's not just SD. You can go ahead and try !!/watch and !!/blacklist-* commands, but they will result in an error. If you do try one, we'll try to manually track those attempts and get back to add them after GitHub is back up.
