@Daniil It's not on the watchlist. It's on the keyword blacklist. You're right that it shouldn't be there in its current form. The problem appears to be that when created, the regex was allowed to be to lenient, and match just slim\W?select (i.e. the (?:\W?keto)? was left as optional). The combination of the normal words "slim select" is just too generic.
If the regex is edited to require "keto", e.g. slim[\W_]*+select[\W_]*+keto, then the results on MS are that all the TP are detected and there are no FP or NAA detected.

@JohnDvorak It's a question which can certainly be closed for a few reasons. Personally, I find it unclear, but I wouldn't call it a troll with only a single example (i.e. assume good faith). I can see someone who really doesn't know much about computers having the problems described.
@SmokeDetector IMO, this is "inappropriate for respectful discourse." While "OK" isn't rude in itself, I try to look at it from the POV of the person asking the question. They've put effort into formulating a question and posting it in the hope of getting some help. Receiving an answer that's just "OK" isn't going to feel good. It's going to feel like someone's trolling them.

@Daniil From a strict rules perspective, I believe it qualifies as an "ongoing campaign". You're correct that it doesn't actually qualify for the other methods. The closest for the others is that it has >5 hits on MS with no FP, but doesn't meet the requirement that at least one of those is weight < 280.

@Daniil Given that it's something short, and thus might get FP from other uses (usernames??), I'd probably use: josesoal(?<=\bmedium\.com/@josesoal), which will only capture the name fragment of the URL path, but requires it to be in a medium.com URL.

@Daniil Yes, there were changes made to the database, which are intended to make things faster, particularly searching. However, there are some issues that would be good for us to resolve, at least for non-regex searches (example search with considerable results which don't actually match).
