@Undo Thought: In the deploy-ms repo, create a branch. When a dev pushes the deploy button, MS pushes a commit to that branch with the command git commit --allow-empty -m "Deploy started on <sha> by <username>". That'll let us keep travis history.

Pretty sure we need to look at this: --link-folder <path> specify a custom folder to store global links --global-folder <path> specify a custom folder to store global packages --modules-folder <path> rather than installing modules into the node_modules folder relative to the cwd, output them here
