@Zoe When you try flagging with fire, what do you see in your console and network tab? Does FIRE make a request to MS to flag the post as spam? What status code does come back? If you read the text shown in the response tab, does it indicate any (obvious) problems

On the network tab, if you click on the request, you have around 5 tabs on the top, "Headers", "Preview", "Response", '"cookies", "timing". If you open the tab "Preview", you should be able to see the actual error from MS, can you confirm this?
