@iBug that's a built-in feature of Stack Exchange, but you have to enable it (for each site separately), and there's a US for that on the charcoal-se.org page.

Basic spam post tactic though: Visit a page. Copy a paragraph or two from that page, or a link on that page, or another page in the google result you ran. Add a spam link at the end or in the middle of the text somewhere. Post it to a site.
You get text that looks enough like normal benign topical content that it will almost certainly pass semantic spam checks and it will make people less likely and take longer to notice & figure it out.
