@JakeSymons sort of. There's a maximum # of flags you can cast per site per day, whether they're marked as helpful or not doesn't matter.

For every 10 helpful flags, you get a bonus flag per day, though.

@Glorfindel Is the 10 remaining flags the max limit. That's a bit low
